PhD in CONTRACTS, SERVICES AND MARKETS THEORY
SHORT DESCRIPTION
The aim of the PhD program is to train students to conduct high-profile research in the field of contracts, services and markets. The Program is a third level university course and lasts three years.
The Ph.D. Program is organized within the Management and Law Department of Tor Vergata University in Rome as part of the University’s Doctoral School.
The Ph.D. Program is characterized by its international orientation. Agreements with foreign Universities are being taken to encourage collaborative Ph.D. thesis. The PhD Teachers’ Panel includes international renowned researchers from Paris/France, Brasil, Oxford/UK, Neuchatel/Swiss, Castilla La Mancha/Spain, Regensburg/Germany.
The Ph. D Program is also characterized by its interdisciplinary approach. The variety of legal approaches allows students to gain a wide and high level knowledge, preparing them for placement in private companies, public institutions and academia

** Independent Candidates have their own source of funding such as:
- A bank account balance of at least 5.800 euros
- A scholarship funded by the government of their country of origin
- A scholarship funded by the Italian Ministry of foreign affairs
- The written declaration of any institution that wish to fund the PhD for whatever reason
- An employment contract
The evidence of the above mentioned occurrence must be provided only if admitted to the PhD. Please refer to the Announcement for further details.
